"I gladly paid more!" The windshield on my 1998 Volvo S70 needed to be replaced. I looked up 3 local glass companies, yours, and 2 others. Yours was the highest price of all 3.

Tammy was the only reason I chose to go with Glass America. She was the most professional on the phone. She gave me the price in only a few seconds. I had an installation today based out of Chicopee, MA. I wanted to let someone know how impressed I was with the service and especially the technician Ben. I wish I had his last name, but his service was outstanding. I am an installation manager for a service company and I continue have to work day in and day out to have my techs demonstrate and execute the exact type of service procedure that Ben completed today. He called in advance, introduced himself, shook my hand, covered the scope of work and cost before the install, completed the install, explained the safety wait time and other necessary precautions, explained the warranty and who I should contact if I have any problems, and completed the transaction and shook my hand again.
