His tireless effort to make sure every Glass America installation is performed in compliance with the AGRSS Standard continues to make Glass America an industry leader in safety. David serves now as Vice President and Board Member of AGRSS and will assume the position of President of AGRSS in 2010. David also serves on the NGA Retail Auto Glass Committee.
Chuck Bibbiano, Regional Operations Manager, Glass America: Chuck has been a member of the AGRSS council since 1999. He was involved with the first draft of the Standard in 1999 and revision in 2002. Bringing over 40 years of installation experience to his efforts, Chuck has played a fundamental role in bringing the Standard to where it is today. In the past, Chuck has served on the AGRSS Credentialing and Marketing Committees, and currently is a member of the Validation Committee.
Nik Frye, Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Glass America: A critical area of support for AGRSS is promoting the Standard to the insurance industry. As a certified Continuing Education instructor, Nik has trained numerous insurance agents and their staff about the importance of the AGRSS Standard as it relates to keeping consumers safe. In addition Nik has conducted training programs for community groups, trade associations and public safety departments. Nik serves as the Chair for the AGRSS Insurance Marketing Committee and also serves on the Prostars Leadership Council and NGA Windshield Repair Committee.
Nathan Edwards, Vice President, Business Operations, Glass America: Through Nathan’s efforts, Glass America stays current on all matters concerning AGRSS and the coming Validation process. Nathan has been instrumental in field support for Glass America’s Auto Glass Technicians, providing regular adhesive system training updates, technician training and new product evaluations. Nathan oversees a “Validation Countdown” program for Glass America and has spent extensive time and effort in helping to prepare the company for the Validation process.
Robbie Price, AGRSS Coordinator, Glass America: Robbie has recently taken on the position of AGRSS Coordinator to oversee AGRSS compliance with Glass America’s many Auto Glass Technicians. Reporting to Nathan Edwards, Robbie assists Nathan in all facets of AGRSS compliance training. Robbie plays an important role in preparing the company for the coming AGRSS Validation process. Robbie has been tasked with providing and creating training materials from videos to manuals. |
