Auto Glass, Windshield Repair and Replacement

Keith worked a miracle for me. I was scheduled to leave Feb 17th and that was the earliest day Glass America could schedule my windshield to be replaced. Keith phoned me on Tuesday, the 15th and asked if he could come on Wednesday afternoon. He worked his schedule around my travel plans even though he had a full schedule. I feel much better going away knowing my vehicle will be safe to drive.

I contacted another glass company prior to calling Glass America. The price quoted by Glass America was quite a bit less. The other company wanted to charge to come to my home to replace the glass in addition to much higher rate for the install. When I stated the price was too high they wanted to negotiate. Glass America gave me the best price immediately and I got great service and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for glass repair or replacement. Thank you Glass America.

My technician, Randy G. was the most courteous and informative technician I have ever dealt with. He explained every procedure and why, while I shared unpleasant experiences with him. He cleaned up well as if he was never there. If all your technicians were like him, your business would never go down. Please let him know I appreciate what a fine and professional person he was.
